Welcome to Class Manager! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Class Manager, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
1. Service Overview
Class Manager provides coaching centers and tutors with tools for student management, batch management, attendance tracking, fee management, and reporting. Some features are available only to subscribed users.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Class Manager offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and higher student limits.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
- Subscription upgrades and renewals are subject to the plan rules. Upgrading or extending a plan may add remaining days or prorate as per the current policy.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Plan Upgrades, Downgrades, and Renewals
- You may upgrade your plan at any time. Remaining value from your current plan may be prorated and added to your new plan.
- Downgrades are not allowed while your current plan is active.
- Renewing the same plan while active will add remaining days to your new subscription.
5. User Data & Privacy
- We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
- You may request data deletion or account removal by contacting support.
6. Acceptable Use
- You agree to use Class Manager only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service for others.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and software on Class Manager are the property of their respective owners.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Class Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Class Manager after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
